Our practice consists of board certified physicians who provide comprehensive care for all problems associated with the ears, nose, throat and neck. Dr. Stern, Dr. Feinerman, Dr. Fox and Dr. Fama specialize in both medical and surgical care of pediatric otolaryngology, nasal and sinus disease, snoring, ear and hearing disorders, voice and throat problems, head and neck cancer, and thyroid and parathyroid disorders.

Dr. Stern, who is fellowship trained in Oncological surgery of the head and neck specializing in thyroid and pararathyroid disease, enjoys all aspects of ear, nose and throat problems.

Dr. Feinerman takes care of all ages from newborn to the elderly with particular interest in the pediatric population, chronic ear disease, and voice disturbances.

Dr. Fox is fellowship trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His interests in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery include facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, endoscopic surgery and reconstruction of skin cancer defects.

Dr. Fama completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic and sees all patients having issues related to the ear, nose and throat with a particular interest in ear and sinus disorders.

Our practice is enhanced by our Audiology Department.  The Audiologists provide diagnostic hearing testing and hearing rehabilitation, including full hearing aid services.  Evaluations are provided by our certified Audiologists, Renee Callinan, M.S., CCC-A, Heather Pianfetti, AuD., CCC-A, and Anne Madigan, M.S., CCC-A.  We also offer VRA testing (Visual Response Audiometry) for younger children as well as OAE testing (Otoacoustic Emissions) for all pediatric patients. 


Our practice is also enhanced by the Northeast ENT Speech and Swallowing Disorders Clinic which  includes Kelly Coucci, M.S., CCC-SLP, Kari Star, M.S., CCC-SLP, and Kristin Lambert, M.S., CCC-SLP, all certified Speech and Language Pathologists. Our clinical director, Kelly Coucci, has 14 years of experience in both acute and outpatient settings and specializes in voice disorders and swallowing problems, performing advanced diagnostic testing in our voice and swallowing lab including laryngeal videostroboscopy and FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing). Kari Star has over 20 years of experience in acute care, outpatient, homecare, and hospice settings, and specializes in speech and swallowing evaluations and therapy for adults. Kristin Lambert brings a wealth of experience with pediatrics and provides testing and speech therapy for children in our clinic for common problems such as articulation and language disorders and stuttering. She also treats children with autism spectrum disorders and offers social skills training groups for this population.


Our team is completed by our Physician Assistants, PA-C, Joshua C. Frias, PA-C, and Kathryn A. Burns, PA-C, who all hold a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
